Job Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
Valid Ontario G driver’s license and a clean driving record suitable for patrol duties.
Comfortable driving across multiple locations and working independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, calm, and reliable.
Flexible availability including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays (site dependent).

$20.00 per hour

Job Expectations

Conduct mobile patrols in a company vehicle
Act as a visible deterrent and respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
Maintain accurate digital logs, reports, and incident documentation
Liaise with property management, residents, and emergency services
Follow all site safety and security protocols
Complete clear, accurate, and timely reports (incident reports, patrol logs, and follow-up notes).
Maintain a professional presence, communicate respectfully with clients/residents/visitors, and support customer service standards.
Operate patrol equipment safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies.

Hiring Transparency (Ontario ESA Compliance)

Expected Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
Vacancy Status: Ongoing hiring for anticipated openings.
