Job Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
Valid Ontario G driver’s license and a clean driving record suitable for patrol duties.
Comfortable driving across multiple locations and working independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, calm, and reliable.
Flexible availability including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays (site dependent).

$18.00-$19.00 per hour

Job Expectations

Conduct scheduled and on-demand patrols of assigned sites (interior and exterior as required).
Perform lock and unlock checks, perimeter checks, and safety inspections following site procedures.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and service calls; escalate appropriately to supervisors and emergency services when required.
Complete clear, accurate, and timely reports (incident reports, patrol logs, and follow-up notes).
Maintain a professional presence, communicate respectfully with clients/residents/visitors, and support customer service standards.

Hiring Transparency (Ontario ESA Compliance)

Expected Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
