Condor Security is building a Luxury Concierge talent pool for premium residential and commercial properties. These are anticipated openings and strong candidates may be contacted as positions become available.

Job Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard licence
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or security in a client-facing setting
Professional communication skills (verbal and written) and strong attention to detail
Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to remain calm under pressure
Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts depending on site needs

$19.00-$20.00 per hour

Job Expectations

Deliver a polished front desk experience for residents, guests, and vendors
Manage access control, visitor verification, and lobby oversight according to site protocols
Handle deliveries, packages, and amenity booking processes as required by the property
Respond to incidents professionally, complete detailed reports, and escalate when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times

Expected Pay Range: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
