Condor Security is accepting applications for a Valet Concierge talent pool supporting luxury properties. These are anticipated openings and qualified candidates may be contacted as positions become available. This role is ideal for a polished, safety-focused driver who can deliver five-star service while maintaining control, discretion, and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a warm, professional approach
Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following site procedures and traffic flow rules
Maintain accurate key control, valet logs, and incident documentation as required
Monitor the valet area for safety risks, unauthorized access, and property damage concerns
Support the front desk / concierge team with guest guidance and service requests when appropriate
Handle issues calmly and escalate concerns to site leadership according to protocol

$19.00-$20.00 per hour

Job Qualifications

Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract (as required)
Strong driving skill, awareness, and comfort operating different vehicle types
Customer service experience in luxury hospitality, valet, concierge, or similar client-facing roles
Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and sound judgment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather
Ontario Security Guard licence is an asset and may be required depending on the site

Expected Pay Range: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
