Condor Security Employee of the Month July 2025

Condor Security Employee of the Month July 2025

We’re proud to recognize Navpreet Bhatia, Concierge at Legacy Park Condominium, as Employee of the Month for July 2025. Since joining the team, he’s shown a natural ability to connect with people, stay composed under pressure, and continuously learn and grow in his role.

Finding the Right Fit and a Strong Start

“It’s truly been a rewarding experience,” Navpreet shared. “I’m so thankful to be part of Condor Security and honored to be chosen as Employee of the Month. I’ve learned a lot, both professionally and personally, and I’m just grateful for the support and recognition from the team.”

When he started job hunting, Navpreet was looking for more than just a paycheck. He wanted a role with structure, opportunities to grow, and the chance to connect with people in a meaningful way. The concierge position at Condor offered exactly that.

His first impression of Condor was just as positive. “Everything felt organized, clear, and professional,” he said. “But what stood out most was how welcoming the team was. They created an environment where I felt supported and encouraged to succeed.”

Training That Sticks

Since joining, Navpreet has taken full advantage of the training opportunities available. He’s completed Levels 1 and 2, CPR and First Aid, Emergency Response, Customer Service, site orientation and Access Control. Each course helped him feel more confident and prepared.

“The training here isn’t just theory. It gives you real, practical tools you can use every day. And of all the training he’s done, the Level 1 {basics security training} , CPR, and First Aid sessions stood out the most.

“Those courses gave me skills I can use in emergencies, and that’s something I’m proud to carry with me. Being ready to step up when it matters feels good.”

The People Make the Job

For Navpreet, the best part of the job is the interaction. “I enjoy being able to help people. Whether it’s a resident or a guest, making someone’s day easier or safer is a good feeling.”

Navpreet’s calm nature helps him a lot on the job. “Staying relaxed and friendly, even when things get stressful, makes a big difference,” he said.

But that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. “One of the biggest challenges is handling unexpected situations or difficult individuals while keeping your cool. It takes practice and self-awareness, but every challenge is a learning opportunity.”

Skills That Make a Difference

Navpreet believes the key to success in security is a mix of strong communication, being observant, staying level-headed, and showing good judgment. “In a concierge role, it’s also about being approachable. People need to feel like they can come to you.”

And for anyone just starting out, Navpreet’s advice is simple: “Be open to learning, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to take initiative. Treat everyone with respect and stay focused. You might not realize it, but the way you carry yourself makes a big impact.”

Navpreet’s work reflects what Condor values most: integrity, professionalism, and a genuine care for others. Thank you, Navpreet, for your commitment.
