Abdul Journey in Condor Security
Abdul joined Condor Security in the quest to perfect and develop new skills. He says that his concierge role has given him the perfect opportunity to successfully built strong, lasting relationships with both residents and his fellow team members.
Abdul Training experience at Condor
Abdul commitment to growth it is evident, as he has completed Condor’s Level 1 and Level 2 Security Training, along with First Aid and Verbal Judo courses. These programs have provided him the tools to handle any situation with calm confidence, which is key to his role.
Early day with Condor Security
My early days at Condor were not without its challenges, Abdul admits. “I had to push myself to keep up with such a skilled group,” he says. But instead of backing down, he saw it as an opportunity to grow. “Condor has been a huge part of my personal and professional development,” he shares.
Favorite part of my job
Meeting people from different backgrounds, going the extra mile to help, to makes sure everyone feels welcome and safe in their community.

For new team members, Abdul offers this advice: “Be patient with yourself and seize every opportunity to learn.”
