Job Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Minimum 2 years in high-touch customer-facing roles or security roles
Strong communication skills and polished professional presence
Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends

$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Maintain a visible, professional security presence in lobby and common areas
Manage access control and follow site protocols (visitor management, deliveries, key control as applicable)
Monitor premises and perform patrols as required
Respond to incidents professionally and complete accurate, detailed reports
Support residents and guests with inquiries in a courteous, confident manner
