Job Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Minimum 2 years in high-touch customer-facing roles or security roles
Strong communication skills and polished professional presence
Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends

Job Responsibilities

Act as the front-line security presence at a luxury residential property
Monitor access, patrol as required, and follow site security protocols
Respond to incidents with professionalism and complete clear, detailed reports
Assist residents and guests with inquiries while maintaining security standards
Support a consistent, high-standard front desk experience
