For April 2025, we are thrilled to present both our Employee of the Month and Heroism Award to one exceptional team member: Soheil Noman, a true professional who exemplifies what it means to act with courage, integrity, and service.

A Decade of Dedication in Security and Service

Soheil, a Concierge at Promenade Park Circle, joined Condor Security in 2015. His journey has included ongoing training in Level 1 & 2 Security, Customer Service, Verbal Judo, Tactical Awareness, and Fire Safe. These certifications equipped Soheil with strong customer service skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to respond effectively under pressure. 

Heroism in Action: March 12th Fire Emergency

On the night of March 12th, Soheil noticed smoke and sparks inside the building. He immediately activated fire safety procedures, made calm, clear announcements over the PA system, and organized the evacuation of residents to the lobby. In a truly heroic action, Soheil conducted checks on affected floors and assisted individuals. When he got a call about three people trapped, he acted heroically by finding them quickly and guiding them through a safe exit route via the parking garage.

Training Meets Reality

This incident showed how training and instincts come together in real emergencies. Soheil used his knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and active-listening skills to help keep people safe and calm. His quick action turned training into real-life heroism.

Defining Heroism

In today’s labour market, true heroism means going beyond the job description to help others. Soheil’s actions show how service, empathy, and safety can make a real impact. His example also shows how strong performance in security roles supports customer retention by building trust and delivering peace of mind.
