Professionalism Backed by Training

Peter praised Condor Security’s on-site security guards and front desk concierge for their professionalism, engagement and quick response during critical situations. He shared a story about Anish, a security guard at Condor Security. Anish called the police when he saw suspicious activity.

His actions prevented a serious incident. “They’re not just present. They’re engaged,” Peter said.

He also credited the strong training programs that prepares staff to respond effectively to challenges such as theft and unauthorized entries, especially in a residential setting where families and children are present. “Trained guards know how to act quickly and professionally. That training makes all the difference.”

Communication: The Foundation of Good Service

Peter said communication is key for property managers to get good service from a security provider. “Regular updates, detailed incident reports and open lines of communication are essential,” he said. “It’s not just about having guards on site. It’s about working together, sharing information and being proactive.”

Condor Security’s Edge

With experience working with several security providers, Peter puts Condor Security on top for its adaptability, proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement. He pointed to recent audits and increased patrols as proof of Condor Security’s willingness to evolve with site needs. “Condor doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach,” he said. “They listen, they act and they follow through.”

He also encouraged security professionals to join Condor Security, highlighting the company’s culture of respect and support. “When guards feel valued they do better and the site benefits,” he said.

Having a security partner that is reliable and committed to improvement and teamwork makes a big difference. With a team that is well trained, quick to respond and respectful, Condor Security offers more than just protection. It builds trust.

For property managers looking for a caring security provider, Condor Security is the way to go. They understand the needs of the communities they serve.

From Training to Action: Security Guard Anish Kacchadiya’s Experience at Condor Security

Condor Security Guard Anish Kacchadiya

When Anish Kacchadiya joined Condor Security, one of the first things he noticed was the quality of training. It wasn’t just about checking boxes; it was practical, people-focused and designed to prepare guards for real life responsibilities. From the start, Anish felt Condor Security was truly invested in developing well-rounded professionals.

Security Profession Foundation Building

Anish completed Condor Security’s Level 1 Basic Security Training  and Customer Service Training both of which were critical in preparing him for day to day challenges. Level 1 covered core topics like communication, emergency response and legal authority reinforced through practical drills. Customer Service Training focused on interpersonal skills essential for maintaining positive client relationships especially in a residential environment. Although Anish hasn’t formally completed advanced courses like Verbal Judo or Tactical Awareness, exposure to these through team discussions and earlier sessions helped shape his adaptable and professional approach.

Real World Application: The Kings Townhouses Incident

On June 6, 2025 during an overnight shift at The Kings Townhouses, Anish observed a suspicious male on CCTV. The individual was wearing a GPS ankle monitor and holding a stone and was trying to access the property and loitering near resident doors.

Anish remained calm and professional as he identified himself and told the male to leave. He kept a safe distance and called Condor Dispatch and Toronto Police who later arrested the individual and credited Anish’s clear reporting and quick response. Anish followed all procedures, submitted CCTV footage, and completed a full incident report for Condor Security and the property manager

Prepared to Perform, Ready to Respond

For Anish, Condor Security’s emphasis on clear communication, calm professionalism and foundational skills made the biggest difference in building his confidence on the job. Whether working solo overnight shifts or facing unpredictable situations, the training helped him stay composed, follow procedures and act decisively.

He believes professionalism and respect are just as important as technical knowledge. He encourages new team members to take the basics seriously. Skills like observation, communication, and sound decision making may seem simple but are essential in the field.

Training lays the foundation but staying alert and leaning on team support is what truly prepares guards to handle real world challenges effectively. Anish Kacchadiya’s story is a great example of how training and professionalism can make a difference in the field. He embodies the values Condor Security looks to instil in every team member.

As Condor Security continues to develop its guards, stories like Anish’s show the value of training that’s more than just theory and prepares individuals to act with confidence, integrity and care.
