Condor Security Employee of the Month – March 2025: Leslie Obule
We are excited to announce that Leslie Obule has been selected as Condor Security’s Employee of the Month for March 2025! Leslie has demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, as site supervisor at 50 at Wellesley.
Leslie’s Journey with Condor Security
Leslie had a clear vision of what he wanted in a role, in the security industry. “When I attended the interview, the atmosphere was inviting. A standout moment was when the recruiter asked about my strengths and work history. Her statement that I had successfully passed the first stage and should come dressed in business formal attire made me realize that this organization is professional ” Leslie reflects.
Commitment to Training
Leslie has completed Condor’s Level 1, Level 2 Security Training. “Participating in these training sessions has significantly enhanced my knowledge and skills related to on-site responsibilities. I’ve gained practical insights that I apply every day, both professionally and personally,” Leslie reflects.
Favorite Part of the Job
The most fulfilling part of Leslie’s job “Being able to provide solutions and seeing people leave happy makes my work feel truly rewarding,” he says.
Appreciation for Training and Teamwork
Leslie is deeply appreciative of Condor’s training programs, especially for their focus on the practical application of skills and teamwork. “These programs have helped me grow both personally and professionally” he explains. Also, one particularly memorable moment was during my Level 2 training when he received recognition from CEO Mr. Ben Tabesh, HR Coordinator Patricia, and my instructor Mr. Eric”, he says.
Leslie advice for new Condor team members
For those new to this role, Leslie encourages his colleagues to remain open to learning, to ask questions, and to build relationships with teammates for support and collaboration. “Even when you think no one is watching, many are indeed observing. Stay committed and always do your best.”
