Condor Security Employee of the Month September 2025

Table of Contents

At Condor Security, we believe great security professionals are built through continuous learning, strong mentorship, and a commitment to excellence. Few employees embody that philosophy better than Anas, our Employee of the Month for September 2025.

Recognized for his professionalism, leadership potential, and dedication to personal growth, Anas has consistently demonstrated what it means to approach security as a career rather than simply a job. His commitment to learning, improving, and supporting those around him has earned him the respect of both his colleagues and leadership team.

A Career with Purpose

When Anas began searching for his next opportunity, he wasn’t simply looking for employment, he was looking for a place where he could grow.

“I wanted a role that offered both responsibility and opportunities for personal and professional development,” he explains. “I was looking for a company that values professionalism, discipline, and continuous training.”

That search ultimately led him to Condor Security.

From his first days with the company, Anas recognized an environment that aligned with his goals.

“What stood out immediately was how professional and organized everything was,” he recalls. “The structure, communication, and emphasis on training showed me that Condor genuinely invests in its people.”

For employees looking to build a long-term career in security, that investment can make all the difference.

Learning Beyond the Basics

One of the qualities that sets Anas apart is his dedication to continuous improvement. Since joining Condor, he has embraced every opportunity to expand his knowledge and develop new skills.

He has completed numerous training programs, including Level 1 Training, Verbal Judo, Fire Procedures and Fire Safety, Customer Service Training, Supervisor Training, and several internal workshops focused on professionalism, emergency response, and site operations.

Since receiving this recognition, Anas has continued investing in his development by completing Condor’s Art of Leadership program. He is also looking forward to completing both Level 2 and Level 3 Tactical Training as part of his ongoing commitment to strengthening his operational knowledge, tactical awareness, and leadership capabilities.

For Anas, every training session represents an opportunity to become more effective in the field.

“The training has improved my situational awareness, communication skills, and confidence,” he says. “It has helped me respond more effectively to incidents while maintaining professionalism under pressure.”

Leadership Starts with Character

While technical knowledge is important, Anas believes some of the most valuable skills in security come from how you interact with people.

Describing himself as calm, approachable, and level-headed, he credits these qualities with helping him build trust with residents, clients, and fellow team members.

“I believe in being real and approachable with people,” he says. “That helps create trust and makes communication easier, especially during difficult situations.”

These qualities have become an important part of his success. Whether handling day-to-day responsibilities or navigating unexpected challenges, Anas consistently demonstrates professionalism and composure.

Turning Challenges into Growth

Security professionals regularly face situations that require quick thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

For Anas, these moments are not obstacles—they are opportunities.

“The most challenging part of the job is managing unpredictable situations while maintaining control and professionalism,” he explains. “But every challenge is also a learning experience.”

Rather than avoiding difficult situations, he embraces them as opportunities to strengthen his leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

That mindset of continuous growth has become one of his defining characteristics.

Developing the Next Generation of Leaders

Of all the training programs he has completed, the Supervisor Training Program left the greatest impression.

The course provided valuable insight into accountability, communication, and leadership—skills that continue to influence how he approaches his role today.

“It gave me a deeper understanding of leadership and what it means to guide and motivate others while maintaining professionalism,” he says.

As Condor continues to invest in employee development, individuals like Anas demonstrate how training and experience can help transform strong security professionals into future leaders.

Advice for New Security Professionals

For those beginning their careers in security, Anas believes success starts with attitude and consistency.

“Take every training opportunity seriously, stay observant, and never stop learning,” he advises. “Respect your team, communicate clearly, and take pride in your uniform and conduct.”

He also believes that professionalism extends beyond the technical aspects of the role.

“Discipline, reliability, integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are what separate an average guard from a true professional.”

Recognizing Excellence

Anas’ journey reflects many of the values that define Condor Security: professionalism, continuous learning, accountability, and leadership.

His commitment to personal growth and his desire to continually improve serve as an example for both new and experienced security professionals alike.

We are proud to recognize Anas as Condor Security’s Employee of the Month for September 2025 and thank him for his dedication, professionalism, and ongoing pursuit of excellence.

Congratulations, Anas. We are proud to have you on the Condor team.
